I'm someone who is a clean-eater, so I like the sound of this post a lot. It's important to make sure you have the right shake for what you are doing! I don't do replacement shakes, but more so accompanying ones. This was a brilliant and informative post nonetheless :)
ReplyDeleteDear Lux, This post reminded me of something I read recently about the new wave of tech workers (Amazon and Microsoft, etc.) here in Seattle. I was surprised to learn that many of them are so intent on their work that they like to skip meals that take them away from their work station. However, they really don't skip meals, they just drink a meal replacement. Probably something like the shakes described in this post. Thanks for sharing this info!
