    This is an important topic, not only for women, but for the men in their lives who love and care about them. It is easy for a man to misinterpret and lose patience over a woman's mood swings and irritability and not realize the extent of what she is going through physically and mentally. Your common sense tips for ways traveling women can manage symptoms of perimenopause, the period during which a woman makes the transition to menopause, are excellent. I agree that "changes in latitudes" can bring about "changes in attitudes." Getting away from it all for a while can allow a woman to experience tangible relief from anxiety and discomfort.
